All orders are shipped using US Post Office Priority Mail, which usually arrive within 2 days of shipment. Priority Mail packages are shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure that your package is delivered by Friday. If you order by 3pm Eastern time Monday-Wednesday, your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday will ship out the following Monday. 

UPS Overnight packages are shipped out Monday through Thursday. If you’d like to have your package shipped UPS Overnight, please call us at 810-991-1380. For shipments outside of the United States, please call or e-mail. We do ship to Canada regularly.

Refund Policy: We hope that you love Kenzoil. If you don’t, return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund.
