Kenzoil is a fresh product. It contains fresh herbs and no preservatives. Like most produce items, it will keep longer in the refrigerator. Kenzoil is good for 4 ½ months if kept in the fridge. Look at the “sell by” date sticker on the back of the bottle. Kenzoil is fresh for 1 month past the “sell by” date if kept refrigerated. If you leave it out at room temperature, Kenzoil is good for 2 weeks.
Because of the high quality extra virgin olive oil in the product, Kenzoil will sometimes solidify in your fridge. Either run it under warm water for 30 seconds, shake and serve OR leave it out on your counter for 15-20 minutes before serving. Put it back in the fridge when you’re done using it. Running it under warm water as directed will not shorten the shelf life or harm the product.

Where do you get your olive oil? We import our cold-pressed olive oil from Greece.
When should I refrigerate Kenzoil? Refrigerate it when you get home from the store or when you receive the package.
How long will it keep in the fridge? It doesn’t matter when you open the bottle. It will be good for 1 month past the “sell by” date on the back of the bottle (generally 4 ½ months from the time of purchase on our website).
My Kenzoil wasn’t very cold when I received it in the mail? Our goal is to keep Kenzoil cold for the majority of time that it is in transit. It’s perfectly fine if it’s not cold when you receive it. Kenzoil will remain fresh for 2 weeks if it’s unrefrigerated. Just put it in the fridge upon receipt, and it will be fresh for 1 month past the “sell by” date on the back of the bottle.
